Body fitness is a necessary thing for any person and to keep their body fit, there are two ways of maintaining our body. One is the routine exercise and other is playing any game. Routine exercise is something that has been done by persons who don't find time to play. If we take on sports side, our routine exercise comes with our daily practice. There are two kinds of games in sports. One is indoor games and other outdoor games. In indoor games, only a few games are body oriented and many are mind oriented and if we take on out door games, there also two kinds of games, one with single person playing and other is team sports.
In team sports there will be many persons participating and the victory or defeat, the fame will go to the entire team and major games I liked are baseball and cricket and I'm a left arm fast bowler in my college. And of course there are many advantages in team sports. Even if a person in a team makes a mistake, that mistake can be corrected during the progress of play, and we can be get noticed in few days itself if we use the chance correctly.
